Gas supply will remain suspended in different areas of the capital Dhaka for eight hours – from 10am to 6pm – on Monday due to emergency replacement/removal of pipelines.
According to a public notice of the Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Ltd, the areas where the gas supply will remain off include both sides of Bata Signal to Gausia, Kataban to Science Laboratory intersection, and the east side of the road from Gausia to Science Laboratory intersection.
All kinds of gas supply to household and commercial consumers will remain halted during the specified time, read the notice.
The consumers in the adjoining areas may experience low pressure in gas supply, the Titas said, regretting the inconvenience to its customers.
