Bangladeshi-Irish model Prioty awarded at Cannes : TOP MODEL AWARD

Bangladeshi-Irish model Maksuda Akter Prioty has won the Top model Award at the 74th Cannes Festival. Models from all over the world took part in this competition organised by Integrity Magazine.

Prioty on Friday revealed the news about receiving the prestigious award on Facebook. She wrote: “I am so happy that can’t really express emotions right now. It is feeling like a dream to win the award of Top Model in Cannes.”

“Though I have been given this award at Cannes Festival but I can’t claim this award as my own. I would like to thank my fashion designer, make-up artist, hair stylists and the other models for working hard to ensure that the event goes well,” she added.

Born and spent childhood in Bangladesh, Prioty moved to Ireland as a teenager. Soon after, she began to participate in various beauty pageants there. Now, after the Top Model Award at Cannes, winning the titles of Former Ms Ireland and Ms Earth International are also two big achievements in her modelling career.
