Priyanka, Alia and Katrina team up in Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Jee le Zaara’

Farhan Akhtar has launched his new directorial venture ‘Jee le Zaara’ with Bollywood’s top ladies, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif, on the 20th anniversary of his iconic film ‘Dil Chahta Hai’, rerpots Bollywood Hungama.

Farhan previously directed Shahrukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra’s Don 2 in 2011, and speculations have been rife that he will be directing the franchise’s third installment.

The film is described as a road trip drama and is produced by Farhan and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment, as well as Tiger Baby, which is led by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti.

The 47-year-old filmmaker expressed excitement about working on the project, which he revealed on the 20th anniversary of his directorial debut ‘Dil Chahta Hai.’

Jee Le Zaraa is sure to be an exciting film to watch out for considering that Bollywood doesn’t have many female-oriented friends movies. As soon as ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ was announced, fans of Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif began trending the hashtag .
