Amitabh, Emraan Hashmi’s ‘Chehre’ to release on August 27

‘Chehre’, starring Amitabh Bachchan, Emraan Hashmi, Annu Kapoor, Rhea Chakraborty, Krystle D’Souza, and Raghubir Yadav, will hit theaters on August 27, reports Indian Express.

With all of the posters, teasers, and trailers that were released earlier this year, the film had already received a lot of love from the audience. Directed by Rumy Jafry this film is finally ready to hit the big screens all across the world amidst of the Covid-19 situation.

‘Chehre’s producers shared an intriguing and hard-hitting dialogue trailer of the film while announcing the new release date. Big B will play a lawyer in ‘Chehre’, while Emraan Hashmi will portray a business tycoon. The two actors will be seen playing a game of deception in order to find the truth, and their dispute is sure to become the talk of the town shortly.

When the new release date was announced, producer Anand Pandit said, “The team had worked really hard, and we had always believed that ‘Chehre’ deserved a theatrical release. We want the film’s grandeur to be properly exhibited, therefore we’re thrilled to finally reach the public through theater screens,” according to the report of Bollywood Hungama.

Director Rumy Jafry shared, “We are excited that our film is getting a theatrical release because the way it is shot and the efforts we have taken in terms of the production and post-production can only be experienced in the cinema halls.
