11 artistes to perform in ‘The Piano Lounge’

Channel i is set to air a special musical programme titled ‘The Piano Lounge’, from the month of September, with performances by a total of 11 popular singers of the country, said a press release issued by the TV channel Wednesday.

Rezwana Choudhury Bannya, Fedous Ara, Fahmida Nabi, Shofi Mondol, Anima Roy, Tahsan Khan, Shafin Ahmed, Bappa Mazumder, Tanvir Alam Sajib and Pintu Ghosh will be seen performing in ‘The Piano Lounge’.

There will be 11 episodes in the programme. A total of four songs will be arranged in each of the episodes, according to the release.

Renowned singer-composer-music director Manam Ahmed is in music arrangement of the programme while the video is directed by Himel.

‘The Piano Lounge’ will air on Channel i at 8:30pm each Thursday in September. Ejaz Khan Swapon is the executive producer of the musical programme.
