Asif lends vocal to two new songs

Celebrated singer Asif Akbar has lent his vocal to two new songs. The recording of the songs titled ‘Hey Prabhu’ and ‘Gunahgar’ has already been completed recently.

The lyric of ‘Hey Prabhu’ is penned down by renowned lyricist Kabir Bakul while British music composer Raja Kaasheff is behind the tune and music arrangement of the song.

On the other hand, Asif rendered another new song titled ‘Gunahgar’, written by NI Bulbul with tune and music arrangement by Rohan Raj. The recording of the song was completed on Sunday.

Asif Akbar said about the songs, “Kabir Bakul is one of the best lyricists and he always comes up with wonderful songs. Besides, Raja Kaasheff always creates melodious songs. This is for the first time that he did a prayer song for me. I believe this amazing song will reach out to the wider audience within very short time. Likewise, ‘Gunahgar’ is also a unique song and I felt I have sung a song like this after a long time. I am optimistic about this song too.”

The music videos for both the songs will be released on YouTube soon.
