National Film Award winning Dhallywood actress Moushumi has returned to work with the shooting of a new television commercial (TVC) after taking a short break from her work.
The shooting of the awareness-building TVC was completed recently at a restaurant in the capital’s Banani area. Produced under the banner of Expression Limited, well-known TVC maker and actor Syed Apon Ahsan has made the TVC for creating awareness among the garment workers about coronavirus.
“I have worked as a model in TVC under the direction of Apon Ahsan before. This time, we have collaborated once again for an awareness-building TVC. Though I wanted to resume my work with the film’s shooting, I have worked in this TVC before that. The project has been made for creating awareness among the workers of our textile industry about coronavirus,” Moushumi told The Business Post about working in the TVC.
“I feel wonderful to resume my work after the lockdown through a project for creating awareness about coronavirus. Not only as an artiste, but also as a responsible human being, I always come forward to involve myself in this kind of production from the beginning of my career. Our hard work will be paid off if our project can contribute to create awareness among the garment industry workers about coronavirus,” the actress added.
Moushumi has roped in for the upcoming film ‘Deshantar’ based on eminent poet Nirmalendu Goon’s children’s thriller with the same title. Besides, the actress will start shooting for few more films such as ‘Mirza Shakhawat Hossain’s ‘Bhangan’, Abu Tawhid Hiran’s ‘Sangshayi’ and Zahid Hossain’s ‘Sonar Char’.
