Muhin to come up with ‘Tumi Roj Bikele 2’

Promising singer-composer Muhin Khan is working on a new single titled ‘Tumi Roj Bikele 2’, inspired by noted singer-musician Kumar Bishwajit’s much hit song ‘Tumi Roj Bikele’, with a high hope to bring the audience similar romantic vibes.

The lyrics of ‘Roj Bikele 2’ is penned by Jamal Hossain.

The song has its voice, tune and composition are by Muhin while its sound is designed by Palash Faruky.

Talking to The Business Post on Saturday, Muhin shared that a demo tune of the song was sent to Kumar Bishwajit for which he was all in praise. After listening to tune and music, the veteran singer said that “Excellent! Congratulations, you did a great job,” as said by Muhin.

“He (Bishwajit) is yet to listen to the final track. It will be sent to him soon as early as the project completes,” said the CloseUp 1 famed singer.

“We are expecting to release the song along with a music video under the banner of Rangan Music within the next two months,” he informed.

“I am very hopeful about the song. I expect it to be another ‘Tumi Roj Bikele’ to the new generation,” added Muhin.

Kumar Bishwajit told The Business Post about Muhin’s initiative, “I appreciate the initiative on creating a new song in response to the original song. It happens. It is wonderful efforts.”

“It feels good that the new generation make new songs responding to the great ones. Of course, I think that the new generation will carry our legacy,” he added, mentioning that ‘Tumi Roj Bikele’ is one of his milestone songs for which he is indebted to its lyricist Mahfuzur Rahman Mahfuz and composer Sheikh Sadi Khan.

As for Muhin, the singer recently collaborated with Badhon Sarker Puja for a playback song in the Ziaul Roashan starring film ‘Corporate’ directed by Faridul Hasan. Titled ‘Paglami’, the song is written by Jewel Mahmud while its tune and music are done by Ahmmed Humayun.
