‘Mission Extreme’ set to release on Dec 3

The much-awaited police action thriller titled ‘Mission Extreme’ is going to be released worldwide on December 3. The film stars ‘Dhaka Attack’-fame actor Arefin Shuvoo and Miss World Bangladesh 2018-winner Jannatul Ferdous Oishee in the lead roles.

Sunny Sanwar, the director, producer and writer of the film, has confirmed the news to The Business Post.

“The release of ‘Mission Extreme’ was postponed due to corona situation for over a year. Finally, we are releasing the film on December 3. With the opening of educational institutions, the country has declared an early victory against the ongoing pandemic. Life is much normal now. Besides, an extensive vaccination programme is also going on. Now there is only one thing left, and that is releasing new big-budget movies. We are going to do that with this announcement. I hope everyone will be by our side. We will go back to the good days of the cinema industry with this film,” Sunny Sanwar said.

“We are releasing the first part of the movie on December 3. We have plans to release the second part of the film within three months if everything goes well,” he added.

The film is directed jointly by Faisal Ahmod and Sunny Sanwar. Mime Multimedia and Dhaka Detective Club are the co-producers of the movie.

The film will be released worldwide on the same day. Director Sunny Sanwar said, “We have discussed and give green signal to release the film in eight countries. The film will be released in all the big cinema halls across Bangladesh, including the rural ones.”

The film has an ensemble cast of Raisul Islam Asad, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Shatabdi Wadud, Majnun Mizan, Iresh Zaker, Manoj Pramanik, Aref Syed, Sudip Biswas Deep, Rashed Mamun Apu and Ehsanul Rahma.
