Akshay Kumar wraps up ‘Production 41’

Bollywood stars Akshay Kumar and Rakul Preet Singh have wrapped up the shooting of their upcoming film, ‘Production 41’, in London. The actors took to social media to share a group photo with the entire cast and crew of the film and thanked the team, reports India Today.

Akshay Kumar was recently spotted going for his morning run on Raksha Bandhan sets in Chandni Chowk. Now, the actor has announced that he has wrapped up ‘Production 41’. Directed by Ranjit M Tewari, the film stars Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead.

Sharing a group photo with the entire team of Production 41, Akshay Kumar wrote, “Can’t believe it’s a wrap on Production41! Grateful to have shot and completed a memorable journey with the loveliest team! Thank you for all the love, smiles and fun!”

‘Production 41’ is the director’s second collaboration with Akshay Kumar. Earlier, they worked together in ‘Bell Bottom’. ‘Production 41’ also stars Chandrachur Singh and Sargun Mehta in pivotal roles. The shooting of the film began in London in August.

The ‘Housefull’ actor was last seen in the spy thriller ‘BellBottom’, which also starred Lara Dutta Bhupathi, Vaani Kapoor and Huma S Qureshi. The film was the first major Hindi movie to release in theatres after the second wave of Covid-19.

Apart from this, Akshay has films like ‘Raksha Bandhan’ with Bhumi Pednekar, ‘Bachchan Pandey’ co-starring Kriti Sanon and ‘Atrangi Re’ also featuring Dhanush and Sara Ali Khan, in the pipeline.
