Kishore releases new song ‘Sobta Jure Tumi’

Singer-composer Kishore Das has collaborated with lyricist Asif Iqbal and music producer Sajid Sarker for a new song titled ‘Sobta Jure Tumi’.

The song, along with a music video featuring Arnab Antu and Anni Maccaniad, was released on the YouTube channel of Gaanchill Music on Thursday night.

‘Sobta Jure Tumi’, is written by Asif Iqbal while its voice and composition are done by Kishore. Sajid Sarker has done its music arrangement.

“All songs don’t turn out to be special. But, this one has become so. Because, its lyrics has been wonderful, which was beautifully penned by Asif Bhai. It appears as a good execution after I composed it,” Kishore told The Business Post on the eve of the release Thursday.

“Sajid Sarker has arranged music for the song, who always does extraordinary music. The video has been made under the direction of Rohit Rahman Shykat under the supervision of Taneem Rahman Angshu,” informed the singer.

“Overall, it has been a very good project,” he added further.

“I am grateful to all of my colleagues and seniors who wished me on social media in releasing the song as a sign of their love for me. I am overwhelmed by their responses,” added Kishore.

Singers like Hasan Abidur Reza Jewel, Shouquat Ali Imon, Shafin Ahmed, Iman Chakrabarty, Elita Karim, Nishita Barua, Adit Rahman, Abanti Sithi, Zooel Morshed, Imran Mahmudul, Tanjib Sarowar, Sania Sultana Liza and many others wished the team ‘Sobta Jure Tumi’ success in separate video messages ahead of the release earlier this month.

In the meantime, Kishore Das has teamed up with lyricist Asif Iqbal under a unique project titled ‘Oishhorjo: The Diamonds’ for around 10 songs featuring singers like Samina Chowdhury, Bappa Mazumder, Fahmida Nabi, Shafin Ahmed and Agoon Khan.

Written by Asif Iqbal, the 10 songs have their music and composition done by Kishore, which will be released gradually from the record label Gaanchill Music, as shared by Kishore.
