Faced constant pressure to look good and fit for ‘Habibi’: Faria

Actress Nusraat Faria is scheduled to treat her fans with a new single titled ‘Habibi’ tomorrow for which she recently released a teaser adding to the excitement.

A few sneak-peeks of the upcoming music video, which are already available on the internet, suggest that Faria will show her avatar as a queen in ‘Habibi’.

According to a behind-the-scene story shared by Faria on Sunday, she had to go through a lot of pressure to be prepared simultaneously for the project and her academic examination.

“I was preparing for the song for at least 20 days before the song, the constant pressure to look good and fit, on top of that I had to prepare for my 3rd year final (sic),” she wrote on her verified Facebook page.

Faria added, “We shot the song on 14th Oct, 15th was my paper. I was cranky, feeling low most of the time, was not with the best term with my close ones”.

“Also the pressure to make a content better n better. But you will see only 3.10 sec of it. This time I actually turn my sweat into blood,” Faria explained to her fans that how much efforts it took to execute a quality content. “I will always remember this 3 weeks of my life,” she mentioned. “A song I have put my heart and soul into…,” Faria earlier said about the song while releasing its official poster.

As ‘Habibi’ is scheduled to be released on the YouTube channel of India’s SVF tomorrow, the music video marks Faria’s reunion with director and choreographer Baba Yadav with whom she earlier collaborated for her songs ‘Pataka’ and ‘Ami Chai Thakte’. The music video of ‘Habibi’ was shot at a palace located around 100 kilometres off Mumbai.

The song is composed by Adib Kabir with the lyrics penned by Nur Nabi.
