Musical reality show ‘Young Star’ begins Nov 23

Private TV channel RTV is organising a new music reality show for young people, Danish Presents ‘Young Star’. The studio audition round of the reality show ended on November 17 with the slogan ‘Gola chere Gao’.

A total of 81 contestants who have secured yes cards in the studio audition round, will battle in the upcoming piano round, said the organisers in a press release issued Sunday.

The studio audition round started on November 15 at RTV’s own studio ‘Bengal Multimedia’ in Tejgaon, Dhaka with 150 selected participants. In this round the participants performed songs directly in front of the judges.

The TV broadcast of ‘Young Star’ will start on November 23 from the studio audition round. It will be broadcasting on RTV every Tuesday and Wednesday at 8:00pm.

The show will also be aired on ‘RTV Plus’ and ‘RTV reality show’s’ Facebook page and YouTube channel also, said RTV head of programme Dewan Shamsur Rakib.

A total of 150 people were invited for the studio audition round after selected by its judges Ibrar Tipu, Protic Hasan and Porshi.
