‘Ei Maya’ to be aired on Christmas Day

As part of Christmas celebration, Maasranga TV will broadcast a special telefilm starring Ziaul Faruq Apurba and Tinni, titled ‘Ei Maya’ at 8:30pm on December 25.

The telefilm is directed by renowned director Chayanika Chowdhury.

The story of the telefilm revolves around a couple – Neel and Maya. When Maya died from a road accident, Neel got so depressed and mentally unstable that she started spending time with her office colleague, Moon, thinking of her as Maya. Moon falls in love with him in the process. As the story progresses, Neel is sent to a psychiatrist for treatment and Moon stands by him in the end.

Though the telefilm was aired before but on the occasion of the Christmas, the channel has decided to air it again.

Earlier this month, Apurba has launched his own production house named ‘DreamBox Entertainment’, whose first project will be a drama titled ‘Shudhu Tumimoy’ starring him along with Sabila Nur.

Tinni was the fifth runner-up in the Anandadhara Photogenic competition in 2002. In 2004, she debuted on the small-screen with the drama titled ‘69’ directed by Mostafa Sarwar Faooki.
