Star Cineplex announces branch in Ctg

The country’s largest multiplex chain, Star Cineplex, is going to launch its sixth branch in Chattogram next year.

The new branch will be launched at Bali Arcade Shopping Complex in the Chawkbazar area.

The signing ceremony was held at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel on Thursday evening. The agreement was signed by Mahboob Rahman Ruhel, chairman of Show Motion Ltd, and Aftab Alam, chairman, The Casablanca Ltd.

Mahbub Rahman Ruhel said that the new branch of cineplex would be launched in the middle of next year. It will will have three halls with a capacity of 400 audiences.

The Star Cineplex also has three branches in Mohakhali, Dhanmondi and Mirpur.

Outside Dhaka, two branches are under construction, in Bogura and Rajshahi.
