New music videos mark New Year

The New Year 2022 has begun. Like previous years, many artistes in the country’s music industry have welcomed the year with their new releases. Know about some of the new music videos as listed below-

Anagoto

‘Anagoto’ is the second straight collaboration of singer Tanzir Tuhin and lyricist-composer Prince Mahmud after their much-talked-about song ‘Alo’ which caused a stir among the audience amid the pandemic last year.

The latest song ‘Anagoto’ sung by Avash vocalist Tanzir Tuhin, with its composition done by Prince Mahmud and lyrics penned by Samuel Haque. Sajid Sarker has arranged its music. The song was released on the YouTube channel of G Series Music on the New Year’s Eve featuring Tanzir Tuhin along with Rani Tripty, directed by Aktheruzzaman Shawon.

Tuhin on a Facebook post expressed his gratitude towards Prince Mahmud and the teams of the song and its music video.

Tuhin-Prince duo earlier released ‘Alo’ from the same record label on December 17, 2020.

Bhalobasha Ki

Singer-composer Hridoy Khan released his latest single ‘Bhalobasha Ki’ as his New Year’s gift for fans.

“Happy new year everyone! Presenting you all my brand new song Bhalobasha Ki,” he wrote on Facebook sharing an audio version of the song on New Year’s Eve.

“It’s completely a romantic song. It’s all about love. When I tuned the song, actually I thought of all the love I can imagine,” Hridoy said in a video announcement on YouTube recently. A music video for ‘Bhalobasha Ki’ will also be produced soon, said the singer. ‘Bhalobasha Ki’ is written by former Lux Channel i superstar Shanarei Devi Shanu.

Bangladeshi Pori

Dhallywood filmmaker Anonno Mamun has collaborated with streaming platform iTheatre once again and this year it is music video. He directed a music video for the New Year special song ‘Bangladeshi Pori’ sung by Power Voice star Tasnim Anika.

The music video features Ariana Jaman, who was recently announced by Jaaz Multimedia as their new face for the upcoming film ‘Mona’. Rio and Nidra appeared along with her in the appealing music video where Ariana was seen grooving stunningly.

The music video is choreographed by Mofassal Al Alif. It is available on the YouTube channel of iTheatre.

Dewana

Renowned record label Sangeeta released the latest single of Tanjib Sarwar, titled ‘Dewana’. The soulful romantic number is penned by Faisal Rabbikin while Rezwan Sheikh has done its composition and music.

Tanjib Sarwar is featured along with Ariana Jaman in the video directed by Fidel Naim. Unlike ‘Bangladesher Pori’, Ariana was seen sporting a simple yet romantic look in it. “’Dewana’ is for the New Year. New Year greetings to all. I hope everyone will like the song,” Tanjib wrote on Facebook.

Dushtu Polapain

National Film Award winning vocalist Fatima Tuz Zahra Oyshee has created a wave among the audience with her latest release ‘Dushtu Polapain’ from the newly launched TM Records along with a high-end music video featuring Bollywood star Sunny Leone. The song came out on YouTube days before the New Year’s Eve as a visual feast with Sunny’s stunning dance moves and glossy presentation. The music video directed by Bollywood’ Adil Shaikh and produced and styled by Farzana Munny caught attention of viewers subsequently.

Tui Amar Shob Kichu

Young singer Mahtim Shakib has released this latest song on the YouTube channel of Boss Entertainment. Its lyrics, composition and music are done by Anup Sarker.

Sharing the music video on his Facebook page, Mahtim called it the New Year’s gift for audience.

Preme Mataal

Dhrubo Music Station released this song performed by the Cassette Band on its YouTube channel on Friday. Jointly written by Abid Omi and Rownacur Salyhen, the song has its music, composition and vocal done by Abid Omi. The music video is directed by Auranga Zeb.

Amar Chokhe

Sultan Entertainment released a new song titled ‘Amar Chokhe’, from the drama ‘Ki Karone’ three days before the New Year. Sung by Drishty Anam, the song is written by Someshwar Oli while its music and composition are done by Apple Mahmud Emil.

The drama features Ziaul Faruq Apurba and Keya Payel, under the direction of Mehedi Hasan Jony.

Poran Bondhu

TM Records has again stunned the viewers with another stellar music video for Tasnim Anika’s latest release ‘Poran Bondhu’. The beach music video was shot in Maldives featuring internationally acclaimed Bangladeshi model Asif Azim and Sharlina Hossain, along with glimpses of singer Anika herself.
