Dhallywood actress Nusraat Faria has joined hands with actor Yash Rohan for an upcoming web film, titled ‘Pordar Arale’, marking their first-ever collaboration.
Producer of the film, Bengal Multimedia Ltd signed Faria and Rohan at an event held at the RTV office in the capital on Sunday.
‘Pordar Arale’ is written and directed by Parvez Amin while its dialogues and screenplay are from Tanmoy Muqtadir.
At the event, Nusraat Faria said, “I am feeling good to have joined in such a project at the beginning of the year”. She expressed her hope to execute good work by the ‘Pordar Arale’ team.
Yash Rohan said, “The audience wants to see quality stories now; they can get the taste in it. I can say that they will not be disappointed”.
The actor, however, declined to reveal anything about the storyline of ‘Pordar Arale’. “I am feeling good having the opportunity to work with Bengal Multimedia,” he added.
RTV CEO and Bengal Multimedia Ltd Director Syed Ashiq Rahman, RTV Head of Programme Dewan Shamsur Rakib, Deputy Head of News Mamunur Rahman Khan, Research and Development Chief Pradip Bhattacharya, along with other officials, attended the signing ceremony.
‘Pordar Arale’ is expected go on filming from this month in various locations of Dhaka, as said by its makers at the event. The film is slated for both OTT and theatrical release. However, other casts of the film except Faria and Rohan are yet to be announced.
As for Yash Rohan, the actor grabbed attention with the release of his silver screen debut ‘Swapnajaal’ co-starring with Dhallywood star Pori Moni in 2018. It was written and directed by Giasuddin Selim.
