OTT platform Bongo is going to stream a comedy-drama series, ‘Biye Korte Giye,’ directed by Imraul Rafat and written by Maruf Rehman from tomorrow.
The story of the 20-episode series revolves around Selim, the story’s protagonist, who has lost his parents, a middle-class young man without relatives, whose dream is to get married and make his life more exciting.
Selim, who is a user interface engineer, thinks about where to find a bride and ends up looking online to find someone. Little did he know of what was to come in his adventure to find a wife online. As the story progresses, it shows the funny incidents involving Selim during his search for wife online.
Screenwriter of the series, Maruf said, “The story is about the dilemma of a bachelor young man to get married. Watch on Bongo, to enjoy the hilarious fun packed drama series ‘Biye Korte Giye.’”
Bongo content head, Mushfiqur Rahman, said, ‘Biye Korte Giye’ is a drama series packed with total entertainment. To meet our mass audience expectations, we select all the actors and actresses starting from the screenplay. I believe that this New Year’s drama will delight the audience of all classes.”
The drama features Niloy Alamgir, Parsa Ivana, Tasnuva Tisha in the lead roles. Shahidul Alam Sachchu, Shamima Nazneen, Saidur Rahman Pavel, Rimi Karim will also be seen in other characters.
