Hamin releases new single after 16 years

Noted vocalist and musician Hamin Ahmed released a new single for the first time after nearly sixteen years on Friday.

The song titled ‘Jeo Na Chole’, along with a spectacular music video, is now available on the YouTube channel of TM Records.

Kaushik Hossain Taposh has written the lyrics and also arranges its music. Besides lending vocal, Hamin also has composed it.

Regarding the latest release, Hamin Ahmed said, “Everyone has felt every word of this song at least once in their lifetime. The song is made with such raw emotions. The way TM records have produced the music video, I have never seen such quality work in my musical career.”

Hamin, a member of the prominent rock band Miles, released his last single in 2006.

On his return to making solo after 16 years, Hamin said, “I have never given much time outside Miles in a long period. Some of the songs which inspires me outside of the band, I will try to sing some of those from now on. The credit for this song goes to the TM family (TM Records). The way they create such a lovely musical environment, it makes singers create wonderful music.”

The music video of ‘Jeo Na Chole’ was directed by Tanee Rahman Angshu and produced and styled by Farzana Munny. The filming of the music video featuring Nibir Adnan Nahid and Afrina Razia Trina was done in Maldives.
