Shahed starts ‘Birangana 71’ shooting

Actor Shahed Sharif Khan has started the shooting of the Liberation War based film titled ‘Birangana 71’ directed by M Shakhawat at Pubail.

Shahed will be starring alongside actress Shirin Shila.

Shirin Shila has posted a live video from the shooting spot on her Facebook account. Shahed will be playing the character of Mohon while Shila will be playing the character of a war heroine Birangana Joybun. The story of the film will be revolving around the life of Joybun.

The director of the film said that this film narrates the story of the 1971 Liberation War in a different angle and it will be a classic film. Actor Shahed said that ‘Mohon’ is a very important and unique character in the film. He hopes that audience will love the film.

Meanwhile, Shahed has recently completed the shoot of ‘Oshomvob’ directed by Aruna Biswas. His two other films titled ‘Antaratma’ co-starring with superstar Shakib Khan and Riingo Banerjee’s ‘Senapoti’ with Riya Sen are awaiting their release.

Shirin Shila’s upcoming film 'Nodir Jale Shapla Bhase' co-starring with Anisur Rahman Milon has recently received the censor clearance. Meanwhile, she has completed the shooting of the web series 'Jimmi' and a film titled 'Ghor Bhanga Shongshar'.
