Popular actors Anisur Rahman Milon and Marzuk Russell are set to appear in a new drama serial “Half Mental Para” for the small screen.
Joy Sarkar will direct the series, written by Jakir Hossain Ujjal.
Shooting of the series has already begun in Pubail and 300 feet areas of the capital, said Director Joy Sarkar.
Apart from Marjuk Rasel, popular actor Anisur Rahman Milon, Mukit Zakaria, Waliul Haque Rumi, Musafir Syed Bacchu, Nabila Islam, Nadia Nadi will also appear in the drama series.
Audience will find similarity with the name and story of the drama series, Joy Sarkar stated, adding that “I will work in different angle in this serial after a long time.
The story was selected carefully and every character will appear with a new look.”
The story of the serial hover around a village titled “Kusumpur” which locally known as mental para where almost every family has a member who is kind of mentally different. Besides, all family members are mental in some cases.
They all have received the distinguish character trend from their ancestor and feel quite proud regrading that. Although they don’t admit about their mental illness but they confess of having few mental problems from where the name of the drama emerged.
Shortly, the drama will be screened in a private television channel, said Joy.
