Preity Zinta making directorial debut with ‘The Kitty Party’

After films like ‘Bhaiji Superhit’ and ‘Ishkq In Paris’, Bollywood actress Preity Zinta seemed to have taken a long hiatus from doing films. But , she is now making her directorial debut with a new project titled ‘The Kitty Party’ , reports Variety.

Describing the project, Preity Zinta told Variety, “’The Kitty Party’ is a female driven murder mystery that moonlights between being a dramedy and thriller. Too early to comment more except that we cannot wait to get started. I’m sure we will have as much fun filming this as we had putting it together.”

Preity Zinta is a co-owner of Indian Premier League cricket team Punjab Kings and was last seen on the big screen in 2018 release ‘Bhaiaji Superhit’.

Last year the actress had announced the arrival of her twins. “Gene & I are overjoyed & our hearts are filled with so much gratitude & with so much love as we welcome our twins Jai Zinta Goodenough & Gia Zinta Goodenough into our family. We are very excited about this new phase in our lives. A heartfelt thank you to the doctors, nurses and to our surrogate for being part of this incredible journey. Loads of love and light - Gene, Preity, Jai & Gia,” the actress had shared in November 2021.
