Pori gifts child co-artiste her engagement nose pin

Much talked about Dhallywood actress Pori Moni again created a buzz among crews of the film ‘Maa’. Pori Moni gave her engagement nose pin as a gift to her two-month-old co-artiste.

The incident took place on March 11 during the shooting of the film ‘Maa’ directed by Aranyo Anawer in Gazipur. In the film, the child will appear as Pori Moni’s offspring.

In a post on Facebook, Director Aranyo Anawer narrated the event.

“After the packed up of shooting, Pori Moni was busy to return to Dhaka with Razz. She looked at me and said, ‘Bhai, the child who plays the role of my child should be given a wonderful gift’.”

“My production unit has fixed an amount for the child as remuneration and handed it over to its mother. I thought that was enough. So, I told her that she doesn’t need to be worried about it. I am making arrangements,” wrote Aranyo.

“I was arranging the shooting of a scene on the yard and Pori Moni asked me to go inside. I was busy, but I thought I should say goodbye to them. I went inside and I noticed a small box with a gold ring in the hands of Raj and Pori. The mother of this child was sitting beside her. Pori Moni said, ‘Bhai, this is one of my two engagement nose pins. I want to give this pin to the baby with your hand.’ I was in utter surprise! What does this girl say?” Pori replied, “By playing the role of mother I am in love with this child.”

“I became emotional and I wanted to take a picture, but Razz said, Let the love remain silent. There is no need to take pictures’,” Aranyo wrote.

“Salute Pori Moni, salute! Respect and love for you,” concluded Aranyo.
