The shooting has started on March 4 at various locations in the capital including Dhaka New Market, Jamuna Future Park and the Solmaid area of Bashundhara. The Iranian team will shoot for about 20 days in Dhaka. Most of that will be day-shoots.

On Monday, the Iranian team started shooting with Jaya Ahsan and Shimu at Dreamland Dhaka Resort and Restaurant located next to the Kuwaiti Mosque of Solmaid in Bashundhara.

Both of the actresses were seen riding a rickshaw and dressed as slum dwellers. A three-year-old child was in Jaya’s lap.

When contacted Jaya to know about this, she did not receive the phone. On the other hand, Shimu did not say anything about the film because of its privacy issue.

Shimu said, “I can’t talk about it; because we don’t have permission.”

The team took permission from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting for the shooting of the film named ‘CNG’. Iranian director Murtaza Otash Jamjam is famous for directing Ananta Jalil’s film, ‘Din-the Day’.
