Release of Ram Gopal’s ‘Dangerous’ postponed

Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) directed film ‘Dangerous’, a film based on a lesbian relationship, which was supposed

to release on April 8 in India, will reportedly be not coming in a few multiplexes as a few major multiplexes have banned his films due to its sensitive content, and RGV has reportedly postponed the film.

Ram Gopal wrote on Twitter, “I regret to inform that we are postponing the film KHATRA DANGEROUS due to non-cooperation of many theatres due to its lesbian theme. We will proceed in all ways to fight this injustice and come at a later date.”

‘Dangerous’ narrates the story of two women who have some bad experiences with men. With the passing of time, they passionately fall in love with each other.

The film shows how violently they fight the men to protect their love.

By now RGV has reportedly stated that he will fight with the management of those multiplexes legally to make sure they release his film.

‘Dangerous’ film stars Apsara Rani and Naina Ganguly, who play the lead roles of women with bad experiences with men and subsequently fall in love with each other.
