National Award Winning actor Tariq Anam Khan, popular actress Mausumi and actor Tawsif Mahbub will collaborate together for an Eid special tele-drama titled ‘Shandhya Namar Aage’.
Based on Salauddin Bijoy’s story, Masum Shahriar wrote the script, while Alam Anwar directed the drama.
The drama revolves around a family of a freedom fighter father and his two children. Tariq Anam will be seen acting as the father and Mousumi and Tawsif will be seen as siblings in this tele-drama.
Tariq Anam said, “I have worked with Mausumi and Tawsif separately, but this is the first time I am working with both of them together on a project. We have tried our best to pull off this tele-drama. Mausumi is undoubtedly a good actress and Tawsif is also a good actor of this generation. The director is very young but he tried to give his best. I hope the audience will like it.”
Mausumi completed her part of the shooting before flying to America. “I liked the story. Tariq Anam Bhai is an iconic artiste of this country. I don’t have anything to say about his performance as it’s perfect as always. Acting with him gives me an opportunity to enrich my career,” said Moushumi.
She even praised Tawsif and wished him a bright future. “Tawsif is a nice boy. If he keeps the pace he will do better in the future. I hope the audience will like this drama on Eid” she added.
Tawsif Mahbub said, “Tariq Anam Khan Sir is a pioneer actor. I think it is a great privilege to be able to act with him. At the same time, I got the opportunity to work for the first time with my very favourite actress Mausumi apu, in the role of her younger brother. She treated me like a little brother. Acting with two really talented artistse is a big achievement in my acting career.”
In the meantime, Tariq Anam Khan has acted in several web content. He has also acted in a drama directed by Sohail. He is now having a very busy schedule on the occasion of Eid. Mausumi will return to the country at the end of this month to finish dubbing the movie ‘Bhangan’.
