‘Loke Bole,’ the third episode of Nuhash Humayun’s horror astrological series ‘Pett Kata Shaw’, will hit on OTT platform Chorki today at 10:59 PM.
‘Pett Kata Shaw’ is based on horror folk tales that have been popular in Bangladeshi society for centuries. With each episode ‘Pett Kata Shaw’ gets weirder.
One day while walking around, a couple arrives at a village from which every Bengali superstitious story originates. Each story is more mysterious than the other. What are those superstitious stories? Are those just stories? All these will be known from the episode ‘Loke Bale’.
Morshed Mishu, Sayeda Taslima Hasan Nodi, Pranoy Dev, Taufiqul Emon, Gitashree Chowdhury will be seen in the main roles in ‘Loke Bale’.
With this series cartoonist Morshed Mishu made his acting debut. “I am a cartoonist by profession but this is the first time I have acted before camera. I’m a little bit nervous and feeling excited at the same time,” said Morshed Mishu.
“This is how I felt when my cartoons were first published in Unmad Magazine. At that time, seeing the name next to senior cartoonists I felt incredulous. Right now I’m feeling the same seeing the name next to legendary actors like Afzal Hossain, Chanchal Chowdhury, Nawshaba Ahmed, Sohail Mandal”, he added.
This is the first time Nuhash and Mishu have worked together. Morshed Mishu even mentioned Nuhash Humayun as his favourite director and said, “I feel lucky to work with him. Now I hope everyone will watch the series.”
Syeda Taslima Hossain Nodi said, “Working in ‘Loke Bole’ is an amazing experience. Being able to work with some talented people and being involved with the process of their work, was just like a byproduct for me. I am very grateful to those who worked hard to find the location. I hope everyone will see the episode and am eager to know how much people like the episode.”
Previous episodes of the series ‘Ei Building a Meye Nisedh’ and ‘Misty Kichu’ were highly appreciated by the audience. ‘Pett Kata Shaw’ is the first horror original of Chorki.
