After a maternity break, actress Nusrat Imrose Tisha resumed her work on Mother’s Day by dubbing for the film ‘Mujib: The Making of a Nation’ in which she is playing the role of Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib.
“The dubbing of the film has begun recently. I’m busy doing the dubbing and voiceovers for the film. Apart from that, I spent all the time with daughter Ilham,” said Nusrat Imrose Tisha.
The actress has returned to work with her four months baby Ilham Nusrat Farooqi. She seems to be enjoying motherhood.
“It was a new experience as well as a great experience to work with my daughter in my lap. My sister-in-law is helping me to take care of Ilham. My husband Farooki is also visiting my workplace for taking care of us. My colleagues are also very supportive. Overall, I am having a great experience,” Tisha told The Business Post.
As the new mother is now giving her full time to her child, she is not planning to do any project for a while apart from the film ‘Mujib’.
On the occasion of Mother’s Day, the actress herself posted a picture carrying her daughter on her Facebook handle and wrote, “Ilham is going to her mom’s work! Started working slowly! First up, dubbing for the Bangabandhu biopic! Happy Mother’s Day to all amazing mothers who do wonders at home and outside!”
Tisha started working for ‘Mujib: The Making of a Nation’ form April, last year. The actress finished her shooting in India and just after finishing the shooting for the film she came to know that she is going to be a mother soon.
From then she took a break from all kinds of work. Thus, she couldn’t complete the dubbing of the film. ‘Mujib: The Making of a Nation’ is set to release this September. Now after her maternity break, she is passing a busy time finishing the film.
The biopic directed by acclaimed Indian director Shyam Benegal stars Arifin Shuvoo in the role of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. The Bangladesh-India joint production biopic also features Nusrat Imrose Tisha as Bangamata and Prarthana Fardin Dighi will be seen as young Renu (Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib) in the film.
The film also casts Jannatul Sumaiya, Gazi Rakayet, Tauquir Ahmed, Dilara Zaman, Siam Ahmed, Misha Sawdagar, Sayem Samad, Raisul Islam Asad, Shahidul Alam Sacchu, and Khairul Alam Sabuj in vital roles.
