Young promising actor Musfiq R Farhan has been receiving audience applause for his performance. He acted in seven dramas this Eid-ul-Fitr and got a good response for these dramas.
Regarding Eid-ul-Fitr’s projects, Farhan said, “In every drama, my characters were different from one another. There were variations in the locations too. I have tried to do each one very carefully and gradually. None of the seven dramas I did was easy. I had to do a lot of research on the characters too. “
In Mohidul Mohim’s Eid Drama ‘Hangor’ Farhan played the role of a local fisherman. The drama was shot in Cox’s Bazar and it was challenging work for the team. In one shot, Farhan had to jump into the sea alone. “Shooting in the dry fish village area in hot summer was tough. In another shot, I had to jump alone in the deep sea, and that was scary for me. Yet I did that”, said Musfiq Farhan regarding his shooting time for ‘Hangor’. The drama also casts Samira Khan Mahi, Shatabdi Wadud, Shamim Ahmed, Rawshan Alam, Jainal Jack, Ankon, Shadat, and Hasib.
The actor went to Bagerhat to shoot for ‘Bhulona Amay’ where he had to lay in the mud next to the paddy field for a shot.
Farhan’s acting in Mohidul Mohim’s ‘Nasib’ became one of the most praised dramas with more than 5.5 million views in just ten days. ‘Nasib’ revolved around a village boy who got involved in village politics and was forced to go abroad under the pressure of his family. The cast also includes Keya Payal and Munira Mithu. Regarding its shooting, Farhan said, “I had to dance wearing a doll costume in this drama. It was so hot during the shooting time. I had to wear that costume and gave shots till late evening.”
Musfiq R Farhan thinks that success comes after difficulties. These hardships have been paid off. “All in all, the environment we faced during the shooting was not a usual one. There have been a lot of challenges and I have had to work hard, “said Farhan.
“The pain didn’t feel like a pain when the audience loved my performance. I am receiving feedback from many, and that’s what matters the most now. I haven’t become a big artist yet, but I am getting good support. I always try to do good work for the audience and will try to do well on Eid-Ul-Adha too”, he added.
