Bongo streams Turkish series ‘Rehana’

Bangla dubbed version of popular turkish drama series ‘Hercai’ is being streamed as ‘Rehana’ on OTT platform Bongo. The series started the streaming from June 1.

The series is based on a novel written by Sümeyye Koc.

The story revolves around Rehana is a member of the powerful and influential Shawdagar family who lives on Midyat in historic Mardin province, Turkey. One day, Rehana accidentally meets Miran who was in love with Rehana’s cousin Shirin and eventually they both fell for each other. Despite all the issues Miran marries Rehana, but his ex-Shirin vows to take revenge upon this betrayal. Thus, things started to get twisted as Miran gets to know that Rehana’s father killed his parents and his gradmother always wanted to get revenge on the culprits.

The famous duo Ebru Sahin and Akin Akinözü have played the lead roles of Rehana and Miran. The cast also includes Ayda Aksel, Mecit Sonkan, Serhat Tutumluer, Oya Unustası, Ahmet Tansu Taşanlar, İlay Erkök, Feride Çetin and others.

Ordinary family drama shows do not attract them as much.
