JCI Rock Fest 2022 held in ICCB

Junior Chamber International (JCI) Bangladesh for the first time has organised a concert ‘JCI ROCK FEST 2022’. This Rock fest was held at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) Hall 1, in the capital on Friday.

The concert featured eight popular bands of the country named Miles, Artcell, Warfaze, Avoid Rafa, Mechanis, Dreek and Teerondaz .The bands performed their popular songs and rocked the venue from 2pm to 11pm.

The concert started with the performance of the band ‘Dreek’ and ‘Teerondaj’. They warmed up the audience with their hit songs.

Avoid Rafa entertained the audience with their song ‘Abar’. They also performed their popular songs one after another. Following the performance of Avoid Rafa, the biggest attraction of the concert, Miles came onto the stage with their hit ‘Hridoyhina’. Then they performed ‘Neela Tumi Ki Janona’, ‘Jala Jala’. The audiences were seen dancing and swaying with the songs.

The concert was organised on the occasion of World Population Day to unite the youth in building a united society. Niaz Morshed Elite, National President of JCI Bangladesh said “We are moving forward with the aim of uniting the youth to develop the country. We also believe that JCI Bangladesh will inspire the youth in the melody of this rock concert music.”

Around 3,000 youths participated in the event. They also expressed their feelings stating that this rock concert should be organized next year also.
