Popular actor Mosharraf Karim is set to star in an Eid special drama titled ‘Amar Aponjon’ directed by Setu Arif. The shooting of the film has been completed recently in Uttara.
In this drama, Mosharraf Karimis plays the character of Selim and his co-actor Rukaiya Jahan Chamak is playing the role of Naima.
Regarding the drama, Mosharraf Karim said, “I liked the story of this drama written by Setu. This is the first time I am working with Setu. He tried to do the shooting with utmost care. If I like the story, I try to uphold the character properly. I have worked with Chamak before. I applaud her efforts as a newcomer. It was a good experience.”
Rukaiya Jahan Chamak said, “A few days ago, a drama titled ‘Dhandha’ was aired on Channel i, where I acted with Mosharraf Karim. It was directed by Mehedi Roni. I got a lot of responses to the drama from the audience. The story of ‘Amar Aponjon’ is also very good. Mosharraf Karim is a brilliant actor. He is also very cooperative. We also rehearsed before going in front of the camera. I hope the audience will like this drama.”
Director Setu Arif said, “The character played by Mosharraf Karim is very spontaneous. He portrayed the character perfectly. I am very happy working with him. I am very hopeful about this drama.”
Meanwhile, Mosharraf Karim and Faria Shahrin starrer ‘Jomoj 15’ is awaiting its release this upcoming Eid.
