Apurba to star in ‘Nayak’ this Eid

Ziaul Faruq Apurba is one of the big guns of the showbiz industry, is going to star in an Eid special tele-drama titled ‘Nayok’ directed by Masrikul Alam. Sabila Nur will act opposite Apurba. The shooting of the drama has been completed recently.

The story of the drama revolves around a doctor who leaves his lucrative job in the town and settles in a suburb to help the poor. He helps the general people by fighting against various social inconsistencies including excess fees for clinics, commissions for government ambulances, etc. The main theme of the drama is anyone can be a hero in real life just by helping people who are in need. The director will give social messages through this drama.  

‘Nayak’ is Masrikul Alam’s second drama. Earlier, he wrote the story of the drama ‘Notun Kore Shuru’. Masrikul Alam said, “The story of the ‘Nayak’ is quite different. When I started to arrange the story, from the beginning I could see Apurba in this character. I believe the audience will praise the story after watching the drama this Eid. Through the drama, the audience will get a positive message of awareness.”

Apurba is playing the role of the doctor. The drama also stars Somu Chowdhury, Shahbaz Sani, and others.

Meanwhile, Apurba is busy acting in a feature film titled ‘Iconman’ directed by Sanjoy Samaddar. Nusraat Faria will be the opposite of him. In this film, he will play the role of a motivational speaker. It will be released this upcoming Eid.

Recently, his 50 dramas have touched the milestone of 100crore viewers club on YouTube.
