Rafiath Rashid Mithila is set to play the role of a doctor in the upcoming film titled ‘Neetishastra’ directed by Arunava Khasnobis. She is playing the role of Dr Geeti Basu. There will be four stories in the film.
The Facebook page of the film has posted a picture of Mithila with an apron and confirmed the news. Iman Chakraborty and Bidipta Chakraborty are starring in the story ‘Mokkho’, while Mithila and Basavadatta Chatterjee are starring in the story named ‘Dhee’. The story of the film will be revolving around the conflict between a doctor and a patient.
In the third story ‘Batsalya’, Shantilal Mukherjee, and Ritwabroto Mukherjee will be seen as a father and a son. They have previously worked together on ‘Detective Junior’ and ‘Generation Ami’.
The film is expected to release in July this year.
On the other hand, Mithila-acted film ‘Omanush’ directed by Ananya Mamun was released in Bangladesh, while ‘Aay Khuku Aay’ directed by Sauvik Kundu was released in Kolkata last week.
Mithila acted in various dramas and telefilms, including ‘X-Factor’, ‘Land Phone Er Din Gulote Prem’, and ‘Denmohor’; she became popular after acting in ‘House Full’.
