‘Jawan’ goes to Netflix for Rs 120 crore

The recent news of Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film Jawan’s streaming rights being sold to Netflix at a whopping Rs 120 crore has taken the internet by storm. The film marks SRK’s return to the big screen after almost four years, reports India Today.

After a long screen absence, Shah Rukh Khan will feature in three films in 2023. Those are Atlee’s ‘Jawan’, Yash Raj Films’ ‘Pathaan’ directed by Siddharth Anand and John Abraham, and Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Dunki’.

As per some reports, the film’s streaming rights of ‘Jawan’ have been bought by Netflix at a record-breaking price.

Directed by Atlee, Jawan will hit the theatres on June 2, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
