Dr Ejaj becomes a detective this Eid

Noted actor Dr Ejajul Islam will play a detective in director Md Tofail Sarkar’s upcoming five-episode Eid drama ‘Hoi Hoi Holla.’

Ejajul will be seen searching for a lost cow in this comedy-drama written by Saifullah Riad.

The story revolves around one Korban Ali’s red cow Sonai, which he takes from his village to Dhaka to deliver to a family waiting eagerly for their arrival ahead of the Eid-ul-Azha.

However, Sonai panics and runs away after being overwhelmed by the noises and vehicles as they step foot in the city.

The family then hires a detective, played by Ejajul, to find Sonai.

The drama’s other cast members include Brindabon Das, Pavel Islam, Allen Shubhro, Nazmul Islam Anik and Porosh Lodi, among others.

It will also have a group of child artists, including Zarar Taher

Sobhan, Umaiza Shahida Arisha, Manha Mehzabin, Priyonti Barua Purno, Swaijo Sayantan and Sumedha Chakma.

The episodes of ‘Hoi Hoi Holla’ will air on Duronto TV every day from Eid day till the fifth day, at 1pm, 5:30pm and 8pm.
