‘Naya Damand’ to go on air today

Khairul Basar and Sallha Khanam Nadia starrer Eid special drama ‘Naya Damand’ will be aired today at 9:30pm on satellite television channel RTV.

Directed by Rupock Bin Rauf the drama also stars Shampa Reza in a central role.

The story revolves around a young man named Farhan who will become the owner of his grandfather’s property worth 100 billion taka when he will turn 25 years old which will be in 10 days. Thus, he starts daydreaming. Farhan had to lead an ordinary life before that as his grandfather left a conditional paper before death and no one knows what is written in that paper.

Yet, everyone starts to think that Farhan might become the owner of the whole property because of the nature of the condition. They start to think that after getting the property Farhan will have a private jet, will roam around the world and a lot more.

The whole drama is based on the concept of fantasy and reality.

Along with Khairul Basar, Sallha Khanam Nadia and Shampa Reza the drama also casts, Liton Khandakar, Harun Rashid, Ashiq Khan Chowdhury and others.

The drama also has the song ‘Didhar Pahar Churay’. Tahsin Ahmed and Abanti Sithi lent their voice to this song and the lyrics of the song were written by Shomeshwar Oli.
