Ashare Golpo streaming on Bioscope

‘Kathure’, the final episode of the folk horror anthology series ‘Ashare Golpo’ is now streaming on the OTT platform Bioscope.

The story and screenplay were written by Nafis Khalid and Sadia Khalid Reeti, the series is directed by Nurul Alam Atique and produced by Shahriar Shakil under the banner of Alpha i.

Imtiaz Barshan and Dilruba Doyel play the lead roles in ‘Kathure’.

‘Ashare Golpo’ is a five-episode folk horror anthological series under which every episode was released every Thursday from June 16 onwards and with maintaining this sequence the last episode was released on July 14.

“Due to time and budget constraints, the series has deviated from the script”, said Nafis. “However, the original screenplay will be published in the form of a book and another surprise art form soon,” he added.

The other episodes are titled, ‘Machhe Bhaate Bangali’ starring Asaduzzaman Noor and Sabila Noor, ‘Tabiz’ featuring Nazifa Tushi and Khairul Basar, ‘Mayadighi’ stars Ahmed Rubel, Orchita Sporshia and Sushama Sarkar and Nadia Afrin Mim, Semonti Soimi and Nishat Priyam featured in ‘Kakkhamitra’.
