Director Sadek Sabbir said, “Since it was an OTT-based work, I wanted to have a different approach while selecting the artists. Animesh Aich suggested the name of Ishtiaque and we approached him and Ishtiaque agreed to do the project. Moreover, I felt that Ishtiaque’s look can be portrayed very nicely on screen and will match my story. Apart from that I already had an idea of his skills because we know each other for a very long.
Apart from Sheikh Ishtiaque the short film also casts Sabbir Ahmed and Saima Smriti in vital roles.
Produced by Shahriar Shakil, ‘Harihar’ was made under the banner of Alpha-i productions while Animesh Aich was the creative producer of the short film.
