Glamourous, evergreen actress Dilara Hanif Purnima has tied the knot for the second time. She married Ashfakur Rahman Robin on May 27 in an intimate ceremony, amidst their close family and relatives.
Purnima herself confirmed this information, saying “We have three years of friendship. From then we fall in love and got married. Soon after the marriage, I and other members of my family were sick. Some had covid. Because of that, the news of the wedding has been delayed, it will be held at the end of the year by organizing a wedding reception.”
Purnima’s husband Ashfakur Rahman Robin is a senior official in the marketing department of a multinational company. Robin has completed his graduation from a reputed university in Sydney.
After marriage, they are currently living together in an elite area in the capital. Purnima got married to Ahmed Jamal Fahad on November 4, 2007. The couple got divorced 3 years ago. They share a daughter, who was born in 2014. Purnima won National Film Award as best actress for the film ‘Ora Amake Bhalo Hote Dilo Na’, directed by Kazi Hayat.
