Alia drops poster of ‘Darlings’

Alia Bhatt is currently gearing up for her debut production film, ‘Darlings’. She will be featuring in it with Shefali Shah and Vijay Varma. On Saturday, she took to social media and shared a bunch of new posters ahead of the trailer launch, reports Times of India.

The posters feature her, Shefali and Vijay. The teaser of the film was released recently and it got the audience quite excited. They are intrigued to watch the film that is slated to release on an OTT platform. She also revealed that the trailer is coming out on July 25.

Along with the posters, Alia wrote, “Abhi ke liye ye photos dekho. Monday ko battings dikhaungi. #DarlingsOnNetflix.”

Soon after she shared the posters, her friends from the industry were seen praising her. Shweta Bachchan, Neha Dhupia and Apoorva Mehta dropped heart emojis too.

Meanwhile, Ranbir recently hailed Alia’s performance in ‘Darlings’. He said that he watched the film recently and is mighty impressed by his wife. He said at an event, “Maine Darlings film bhi dekhi hai. Bohot kamaal ki film hai. Jaise aap sab expect karte ho Alia Bhatt ki filmein kaisi hoti hai, usi level pe, usi makaam pe hai.”

Directed by Jasmeet K Reen, the film is slated to release on August 5.
