Mim passing happiest time

Bidya Sinha Saha Mim is passing the happiest time in her life after releasing her latest film ‘Poran’ which became a box office hit. She is getting applause from the audience for her acting in the film. On the other hand, she completed her graduation too. She received the certificate from Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni in the presence of her parents recently.

It has been more than 15 years since the National film award winner Mim made her career in the entertainment industry. The actress is now busking under the limelight and at the peak of her career.

Mim said, “I am grateful to the Almighty for giving me such a wonderful life. After that, I’m grateful to my parents as they guided me throughout my journey. I’m also thankful to ‘Lux Channel i’ because the show is a platform from which I am Bidya Sinha Mim today.”

“I am also grateful to late director Khalid Mahmood Mithu because I was awarded the first National Film Award for acting in his movie. I am thankful to ‘Amar Praner Priya’ film producer Taposhi Faruk, because of him I was able to make my debut in the commercial genre and was appreciated by the audiences. Along with that, I am grateful to everyone, especially the journalists, and remember everyone who contributed to my life” she added.

Mim made her film debut in 2008 with ‘Amar Ache Jol’ directed by Humayun Ahmed. Before that in 2007 she became the ‘Lux Channel i Superstar’.

In her career, she acted in many hit cinemas like, ‘Podmapatar Jol’, ‘Yeti Obhijaan ‘, ‘Black’, ‘Tarkanta’, ‘Padmapatar Jal’, ‘Sweetheart’, ‘Bhalobasa Emon-e Hoy’, ‘Pashaan’, ‘Sultan’, and many more. 

Mim is a well-known face in television dramas and telefilms. She is also working as a model and appeared in many television commercials.

Bidya Sinha Mim is now serving as an ambassador of Good Will of UNICEF. She received Lux Channel i Superstar award in 2007, Meril Prothom Alo award in 2009 and National Film award in 2015.
