Apurba, Himi pairing first time for TV drama

Toufiqul Islam drama ‘Phire Eso Suranjana’ will be marking the cast of Jannatul Sumaiya Himi opposite to Ziaul Faruq Apurba.

The play has been written by Mainul Sanu and a portion of the shooting has already been completed in Uttara.

“I began working for this drama after Eid. I’ve just finished another project directed by Toufiq. Himi and I are giving our full effort in this drama. Himi did well until now. She tries her best while saying the dialogue and I think her continuous development of quality is commendable and this quality is important to have,” said Apurba. “I was really nervous as this is the first time I’m working with Apurba. After starting the project, I realised he is a very friendly co-artiste to work with.

I didn’t even realise when the shooting packed up as everything went really smoothly. Apurba helped me a lot. Rest is up to the audience how they will take the drama but I am hopeful about the success,” said Himi.

The drama also casts Sheli Ahsan in an important role.

The drama will be aired on a satellite channel first, and later it will be uploaded on Youtube for streaming.
