Sabbir, Sampa release new song ‘Moner Betha’

Sabbir Nasir and Sampa Biswas released a new song titled ‘Moner Betha’ on August 19. The folk song was written by Golam Morshed which also marks the first folk song written by the lyricist.

The mix, mastering of the song is done by Salman Zaim while Pritul, Evan and Tahsin created the music video.

“We sang two songs written by Golam Morshed but ‘Moner Betha’ marks the first folk song written by him. Sampa sang the majority portion of the song and I tried to keep a pace with her. I hope the song will be appreciated by the audience,” said Sabbir. This song is made with a single string instrument under the composition of Rupak.

“I feel very lucky to sing a song written by Golam Morshed. I sang with Sabbir earlier and all of them got appreciation from the audience. I hope will one will be same too,” said Sampa.

The song is now available on the official YouTube channel of Sabbir Nasir.

The duo is best known for their performance in the song ‘Binodini Rai’.
