New ‘Ashes’ track in ‘Beauty Circus’

An unreleased track titled ‘Niruddesh’ by popular Bangladeshi band Ashes will be featured in the upcoming film ‘Beauty Circus’. This is the first time that band’s track will be featured in a feature film slated for theatrical release.

The band’s front man Zunayed Evan has written and composed the track. While talking about ‘Niruddesh’ Evan said, “We have known Mahmud Didar, the director of ‘Beauty Circus,’ for years. We always used to chat about music and movies. About four years ago he told me about a song in this movie. He explained the context of the song. The song revolves around the attempts and struggle of a person to turn around their bad fate.”

‘Beauty Circus’ received the government grant in 2014-15 fiscal year, and will be released nationwide on September 23. The story revolves around a woman named ‘Beauty’, her circus group and how they struggle to survive. The film stars Jaya Ahsan, Ferdous Ahmed, Tauqeer Ahmed, ABM Sumon, Shatabdi Wadud, Manisha Aurchie and many others in central roles.
