GARF begins book discussion series

Gyantapas Abdur Razzaq Foundation (GARF) is set to start its brand new book discussion series titled ‘Grontho Alapon- Lekhok O Boi Er Mukhomukhi’ (Book discussion- Facing the writer and the book) on September 24. The foundation hopes that the upcoming series will allow readers to meet the authors which will encourage free-thinking and liberal ideas.

The first episode of the series will feature Professor Dr Mohammad Azam’s book called ‘Shangshkritik Rajniti and Bangladesh’ (Cultural Politics and Bangladesh). Suman Rahman, professor of the Media Studies and Journalism Department of ULAB will be present at the event as a speaker. The event will be presided over by Syed Manjurul Islam, professor of the English and Humanities Department of ULAB. The first episode is open for all.
