DMS releases ‘Dekha Dao Ma’

Popular Bangladeshi record label Dhruba Music Station (DMS) has recently produced a special track titled ‘Dekha Dao Ma’ for Durga Puja, the biggest religious festival of the Hindu community. The song was written by West Bengal’s ‘Bojhena Shey Bojhena’ famed lyricist Prasen.

‘Dekha Dao Ma’ was composed by Kishore Das and vocalists Sandeepan Das, Dhruba Guha, Kishore Das, Keshav Roy Chowdhury, Priyanka Biswas, Sukanya Majumder, Ananya Acharya, and Anindita Saha Athi sang the song.

The music video of the song, shot at the capital’s Ramna Kali Mandir, was directed by Shubharata Sarkar. The singers participated in the video of the song in Durga Puja-themed attire. A group of dance artists paid homage to Mother Durga by dancing and singing with them at the temple.

Dhruba Guha, the lead vocalist of the track, believes that the song’s lyrics, melody, singers, music composition and video will be enjoyed by the audience.

The song’s composer Kishore Das said, “I have tried to present a different Puja song by combining the atmosphere of the festival and prayer with the composition of the lyrics of the song. I hope the audience will like it.”

The track was released on the official YouTube channel of Dhruba Music Station (DMS) on September 30 marking Maha Panchami.
