Samira Khan Mahi, Apurba pair up for first time

Popular Bangladeshi model and actress Samira Khan Mahi will be pairing up with popular actor Ziaul Faruq Apurba for the first time. They will be starring in Maidul Rakib’s new teledrama. The name of the teledrama is still under wraps.

The untitled teledrama has been written by Mezbah Uddin Sumon.

“I did hear a lot of things about Apurbo before I start working with him. I heard that he is a very co-operative artiste. Thus, I too was very excited to work with him. The one thing that I liked about him the most is, Apurba is a really nice human being and also a very down-to-earth person. He is also very caring and always looks after co-artiste’s interest. These are some qualities that are quite rare in many,” said Samira. 

“I loved working with him. He is a very talented actor. I am very hopeful with the teledrama,” she added.

“Samira is doing quite well in acting. She always tries to make herself better and also tries to act according to the demand of the character. My best wishes are with her,” said Apurba.

Meanwhile, Apurba has completed two dramas of S R Majumder and Rubel Hasan. On the other hand, Samira Khan Mahi went to Sylhet yesterday and is scheduled to return by today night. The actress was last seen in a play by Jakaria Showkhin. She will be working in Imraul Rafat’s ‘Hello Ladies’ and along with that she will be acting in plays directed by Jakaria Showkhin, Mehedi Hassan Hridoy and Mahidul Mohim.
