Stone to release debut album ‘Obosh Prolap’

Bangladeshi band Stone releases their first song ‘Alor Shihoron’ from their first album ‘Obosh Prolap’. The music video for the song will be released soon.

“We started our journey in 2013 as a band. Stone is a progressive and alternative rock band in Bangladesh, although we experimented with songs from various genres from time to time. We also performed concerts all over the country,” said Shahed, the lead guitarist of the band.

“We grew up singing on televisions and concerts. Now we decided to release our songs as an album. Hope the audience will like our album,” he added.

The music album ‘Obosh Prolap’ will have eight songs. The songs include, ‘Megh’, ‘Nei Tumi’, ‘Omanush’, ‘Bishader Alingon’, ‘Ghune Dhora Shohor’, ‘Bristy’ and ‘Obosh Prolap’. Each song will be released after a certain duration of break. 

The songs will be available on the band’s YouTube channel. Apart from that Stone will be releasing the album on Spotify, Amazon, Itunes, Apple Music and other globally recognized mobile applications.

The current lineup of the band is Shahed (Guitar), Rafi (Bass), Ovi (Percussion), Ajoy (Vocal) and Mithu (Guitar).

The band will have concerts in Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Sylhet and Noakhali.
