Sabuj, Tauquir, Tareen join under Abul Hayat’s direction

After a long hiatus, Ekushey Padak and National Film Award-winning veteran actor and director Abul Hayat have returned to the director’s seat with a drama titled ‘Esho Shyamol Shundor’. The drama will star noted actors Khairul Alam Sabuj, Tauquir Ahmed, and Tareen Jahan in central roles.

Regarding the drama, Abul Hayat said, “In the course of human life, we face such incidents, that sometimes we can express our anger, and sometimes we can’t. When we can’t, we get a lot of stress. Tareen’s role in this drama has three dramatic incidents of her life, which seem to be related to each other. She becomes so depressed that she decides to never sing again in her life and would never let anyone sing.”

“In such a state of mind, everyone started thinking that she becomes crazy. Yet only through a song, normality returns to her life. Tauquir Ahmed also acted in this drama after a very long time. Khairul Alam Sabuj and Tareen Jahan did splendid performances in the story of the drama and it unfolded beautifully,” he added.

Khairul Alam Sabuj said, “I liked the story, direction, and everyone’s acting in the project very much.”

Tauquir Ahmed said, “I acted after a long time and did it with great pleasure. This is a drama with a very quiet and laid-back mood. I hope those who watch the play will like it very much.”

Tareen Jahan said, “I worked under Hayat uncle’s direction after a long time. I always feel challenged while acting under his direction. Because the stories and dialogues of the dramas written and directed by him are of very high quality. After all, there is always a message in his stories. Hayat uncle’s famous drama ‘Modhyanno Bhoj Ki Hobe?’ is still watched and loved by the people and he still gets a huge response from the audience. The story of this new drama is a story about the psychological issues of a mother. As uncle himself is such a great actor, so, I always learn new things from him while acting under his direction. He delivers the artists’ line-up perfectly every time. Also, after a long time, I enjoyed acting with Tauquir Ahmed bhai.”

Abul Hayat also mentioned that the production of his latest directorial ‘Esho Shyamol Shundor’ is complete and it will be aired on Channel i and its digital platforms very soon.
